Understand the drainage system before ordering
Some TubToday walk-in tubs offer two drain outlets. Drainage is an important part of the bathing experience because the water must fall below the door opening before an inward-opening door can be opened.
Two outlets do not guarantee a particular drain time in every home. The selected model, water level and connected household plumbing all affect performance. Ask for current documentation for the exact tub and have your installer review the drain arrangement before purchase.
Compare the complete installation
Check whether the model has separate drain controls, what components are included and what your installer needs to supply. Consider access for future service as well as the position of the existing waste connection. A clear installation plan is more useful than relying on a general fast-drain claim.
