TubToday Limited Walk-In Bath Warranty

Revised September 29, 2026

TubToday’s role

TubToday is not an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or product manufacturer. TubToday sells and supports TubToday-branded products, honors its obligations under this limited warranty, and serves as the customer contact for warranty assistance and claim processing.

Eligibility and duration

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the original purchase date for the first purchaser, at the original installation address. It is nontransferable and does not extend to display models or a relocated tub. Limited lifetime coverage means coverage for the original purchaser while that purchaser owns the tub at its original installation address, subject to the terms and exclusions below. These revised terms do not retroactively reduce warranty rights provided at the time of an earlier purchase.

Covered components

The bathtub shell, frame, door, door seal and finish, and the supporting equipment supplied with the tub, including motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, faucet, waste, overflow and plated finishes, carry limited lifetime coverage, except for the thermostatic control valve and separately branded faucets described below. Door and seal coverage requires correct tub and door alignment; damage caused by placing body weight on the door is excluded.

Warranty assistance and remedy

Contact TubToday with proof of purchase, the model and serial information if available, a description of the problem, and photographs of the affected product or component. After verification of a covered defect or malfunction, TubToday will provide and ship the covered replacement part without charge to the original customer’s address. Contact TubToday before arranging work for which you expect reimbursement. Delivery timing depends on availability and shipping location; no immediate shipment date is guaranteed.

Unavailable or discontinued parts and products

TubToday does not control OEM production, inventory or product discontinuation. If an original part or product becomes unavailable, out of stock or discontinued, TubToday will make reasonable efforts to identify a compatible replacement, repair option or other practical solution and communicate the available options. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TubToday is not liable for delays or inability to supply the original item caused by unforeseen shortages, discontinuation or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or for resulting incidental or consequential losses. Any alternative, compatibility requirements, timing and customer charges, if applicable, will be explained before approval. This provision does not cancel an otherwise valid warranty claim, relieve TubToday of remedies required by law, or guarantee that an identical replacement will remain available.

Exclusions and installation labor

This product warranty does not cover installation, removal, replacement labor, plumbing or electrical connections, or associated material charges. It does not cover failures or damage caused by negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper installation, chemical corrosion, improper maintenance, or alterations or repairs that cause the failure. Use of an independent contractor or a third-party part does not by itself void coverage. Finish damage caused by excessive wear, sun exposure, scouring or improper cleaning is excluded. Separate installation or service agreements, if any, govern the work described in those agreements.

Thermostatic control valve and other-brand faucets

The thermostatic control valve (TCV) has a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date rather than limited lifetime coverage. Cartridge malfunction caused by contaminated water, calcium, iron or other particles is excluded. Protect the TCV with the required water-line filter or mesh and clean it periodically. A licensed and insured contractor or plumber should remove and clean the TCV. TubToday can provide cartridge cleaning for a quoted labor and shipping charge. Non-TubToday-brand faucets are covered by their applicable manufacturer’s warranty, not this TubToday walk-in bath warranty.

Limits and your legal rights

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TUBTODAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROPERTY OR WATER DAMAGE, LOSS OF USE OR INCONVENIENCE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This written warranty does not disclaim implied warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in the return policy or website terms limits a remedy that applicable law requires.
