Ella Acrylic Walk-in Tubs are vacuum formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. The non-porous material in white gloss finish is easy to clean and impermeable to mold and mildew. Under the acrylic shell facade is a rust proof, stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers to ensure the durability of the tub’s structure. The frame has multiple leveling legs that can be adjusted for an easier installation and stronger support.
The Big4Two’s main feature is the center facing two seats, designed to help in assisted bathing or used to create an unforgettable and relaxing experience for you and your loved one. The contemporary door is made with industrial grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen to conceal the mechanical door lock system. This door is engineered to open outward, facilitating easier access upon entering and exiting. The outward swing also creates more interior space, which allows bathers to effortlessly sit into the molded seat, pull the door closed and lock it. Ella U-Shape outward swinging door uses a gear and shaft driven 3-latch door lock that edges out our competition, who typically use a single latch/lever system. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure and watertight door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience.
The Big4Two comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drainage. Two caps are also included to cover up to 2 of 4 ports if needed. The 2” drain outlets can be connected to the standard 1 ½” house drain with a T or Y fitting and piping selected by a professional plumber. The drain pipe configuration and selection of the pipes and fittings is up to the homeowner or licensed plumber. However, for the most efficient drainage, please consider connecting to all 4 ports and to a 2” house drain if possible.
Some may wonder how an Ella brand drain can drain faster even though it’s connected to a 1 ½” house drain using a T or Y fitting. That’s because as the water drains, air is pushed through the 2 overflows creating a vent system and reducing the amount of air bubbles preventing a free flow of the water. As a result, this produces the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. The average drainage time evaluated by our dealers range from only 50 seconds to a couple minutes based on tub size, condition of the house drain and configurations.
We provide a limited lifetime warranty, of free replacement parts for the lifetime of the original customer living at the address of installation. This warranty is non-transferable to other customers or locations. Shipping costs and the labor of replacement(s) are not included.

Hydro Massage System
The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging.
The in-line water heater helps maintain the water temperature at constant level while bathing, if the water tank can produce enough hot water. It is suggested to upgrade to the largest available 75-gallon water heater to ensure enough hot water. Please consult with a professional contractor to determine if your water tank can provide enough hot water for a walk-in bathtub. Our ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. The sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage push control is pressed down when turning on your jets. The hydro massage intensity dial control allows you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system.
The Ella Big4Two has a total of twenty-four (24) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Sixteen (16) upper fixed jets, eight (8) per seat, work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs. Eight (8) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
The Hydrotherapy Massage System’s most popular control system is the on/off push control because the buttons were designed to rise above the deck in order to make it easier to push. A smaller, digital controller is also available for the Air+Hydrotherapy Massage Package, but may be more difficult for elderly to see and operate.
What makes this tub truly unique is the hydro massage system with an additional hydro foot massage option. Enjoy a full body hydro massage, or just have a foot massage by quickly filling the foot well using the 4 strategically placed independent jets. These jets target both of your feet giving you a rejuvenating spa like experience. A hydro intensity dial is also included to allow you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system. No need to fill the whole tub, the foot well fills in just a couple of minutes!
Independent Hydro Foot Massage System
The Hydro + Independent Foot Massage package uses two independently run pumps to give bathers a simultaneous full body and foot massage. Or, bathers can enjoy an independent foot massage within minutes of simply filling the foot well up the seat level. The foot massage system includes a hydro pump with an in-line water heater. Please note: if you choose the Hydrotherapy + Independent Foot Massage package, your walk-in bathtub will come with one (1) in line water heater that will be used with the independent foot massage feature. Both the strategically positioned upper and lower jets powered by two hydro pumps have an intensity dial air control to adjust the strength of the water pressure to your liking from a gentle pressure to a more rigorous massage.
Air Jet Massage System
The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups. The Air Massage System’s most popular control system is the on/off push control because the buttons were designed to rise above the deck in order to make it easier to push. A smaller, digital controller is also available for the Air+Hydrotherapy Massage Package, but may be more difficult for elderly to see and operate.
The Big4Two has sixteen (16) strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs. Additionally, four (4) of the eight (8) upper fixed jets are bidet jets, equalling two (2) bidet jets per seat.
The Air Jet Massage System also includes an auto-purge feature. This feature engages automatically 20 minutes after the pump has been turned off to purge water out of the air jet lines. The auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent the mildew build up.
Note: This massage is more gentle than a Hydrotherapy Massage.
Infusion™ MicroBubble Therapy
Ella Infusion™ MicroBubble Therapy System consists of a single Microbubble jet connected to a hydro pump and Microbubble Tank System. The high-pressure hydro pump, along with the Microbubble tank, breaks down the water molecules into billions of tiny bubbles which are then sent out through the single jet. At the push of an on/off button, this feature can provide a moisturizing, exfoliating therapeutic experience all while detoxifying and relieving skin related issues.

1. Ella 2 Piece Fast Fill Faucet
The 2-Piece fast-fill faucet has two (2) pieces: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The lever to control the temperature of the water is included on the mounted faucet, as well as a button that can divert the water flow between the mounted faucet and handshower. The 2-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 16 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions.Available in Chrome or Brushed Nickel.
2. Ella 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet
The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. To control the temperature of the water, use the hot or cold lever. The third lever can divert the water between the mounted faucet and handshower. The 5-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions.
3. Thermostatic Control Valve 5 Piece Faucet Sett
The 5 Piece Faucet Set includes a deck mounted thermostatic control valve, spout, pull-out hand shower, spout diverter, and pull-out shower diverter. The defining feature is the Deck Mounted Thermostatic Control Valve, which has an anti-scald feature that keeps the water at a consistent temperature and prevents water from suddenly shifting to unsafe temperature levels. Fill time with this faucet is 7-8 gallons per minute based on your home plumbing conditions.
4. Huntington Brass 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet Set
The Huntington Brass 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet Set includes a spout, pull-out hand shower, hot and cold on/off levers, and a diverter. This fast fill-faucet has a fill rate up to 18 gallons per minute based on your home plumbing conditions. The ¾” supply lines offer a higher rate of water flow compared to standard ½” lines. Available in Chrome, Antique Bronze, and in Satin Nickel.
5. Jandon Retro 5 Piece Roman Faucet
The Jandon Retro 5 Piece Faucet Set includes a spout, pull-out hand shower, hot and cold on/off levers, and a diverter. The ½” supply lines allow for a fill rate of 12-16 gallons per minute based on your home plumbing conditions.

We offer two control options: Push Control or Digital Control. Our Push Controls are easy-to-use push down buttons that will operate your chosen jetting and any additional features.
The digital control is our more modern option, giving you a digital keypad from which to control your jets and additional features such as Chromatherapy LEDs and heated seat & backrest. Since the Digital Control is smaller, it may be more difficult for elderly to see and operate.
2. Heated Seat and Backrest
Available on all Ella walk-in tubs, the Heated Backrest & Seat system helps keep you comfortable and warm while your tub fills. Operated by an on/off Push Control or Digital Control, the heated backrest and seat is activated in minutes, keeping users cozy and relaxed from the moment they enter the tub.
3. LED Chromatherapy
LED Chromatherapy features multicolor LED lights that are controlled with an on/off Push Control or Digital Control. The LED light cycles through various colors and illuminates the entire water to create a relaxing and harmonious experience. Since 1876, people have used light waves to rid the mind and body of ailments, commonly referred to as Chromatherapy. It is believed that each color has a different healing property.
Note: LED Chromatherapy is included in bathtubs that include a combination of at least two (2) jetting systems/therapies.
4. Standard Seat Pillow Riser
The Standard Seat Pillow Riser is designed to cover the bidet jets found in your Ella walk-in bathtub. This luxuriously thick pillow is incredibly comfortable and can be used as a riser or additional seat support in all walk in bathtubs. The interior material is washable and can be removed.
5. U-Shape Seat Pillow Riser
Our dual massage walk-in tubs have two air jets in the center of the seat. The U shape pillow is designed to accommodate these two bidet jets. If you want to cover bidet jets, you can utilize the regular seat pillow. This luxuriously thick pillow is incredibly comfortable and can be used as riser or additional seat support in all walk in bathtubs. The interior material is washable and can be removed.
6. Headrest & Neck Support
Increase your comfort with the Ella Walk-In Bathtub Headrest. The headrest can be mounted on the wall or on the deck using attached suction cups.
7. Ella 4-Fold Glass Shower Screen in Chrome Finish for Walk-In Tubs
The Ella brand 4-fold shower screen is the best option in the industry for walk-in tubs because of the foldable feature that’s not offered with a standard shower glass or curtains. This gives bathers an airy, open feeling with the option to easily push the screen aside. The lightweight glass, secured in an aluminum frame with quality gear hinges, is sturdy enough to endure rigorous daily use. Additionally, one of the 4-fold sections can be removed to create a 3-fold shower screen.
8. Complete Shower Column For Deck Mounted Faucets
The Shower Column Kit connects to a diverter on an Ella brand 2 or 5 piece deck mounted faucet in order to create an extended overhead shower. The stainless steel, chrome finish column can be effortlessly adjusted up to 7 feet tall. Along the column is a vertically movable, 5 mode multi-functional hand shower, and attached at the top is an oversize rain shower that can be directed with ease to the seat for a seated shower or footwell for a stand up shower. This shower column kit replaces the need for a wall-mounted showerhead.
